EU Right of Withdrawal
If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us at midnight.12.clothing@gmail.com within the 14-day period. You can do this by emailing us with a clear statement of your decision to withdraw.
Returning Your Item
Once you've notified us, you have an additional 14 days to return the item. Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 14 days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Exceptions
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Items that have been personalized or custom-made
- Sealed items that have been opened and cannot be returned for hygiene reasons
Outside the EU
For customers outside the EU, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. Please contact us at [your contact email] to initiate a return.
